General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between NovaCon GmbH and its clients regarding the provision of AI services and software development.
§ 2 Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the development and provision of AI-based software solutions, as described in the respective offer. The specific services are defined in the individual project contract.
§ 3 Provision of Services
NovaCon provides the agreed services with customary due care. The client receives all agreed services in the defined quality and at the agreed time.
§ 4 Remuneration
Remuneration is based on the individual offer. All prices are exclusive of statutory value added tax. Payment is made upon invoicing.
§ 5 Warranty
NovaCon warrants that the services rendered comply with the agreed specifications. In the event of defects, the client is entitled to rectification.
§ 6 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. Amendments and supplements must be made in writing.
