Who is behind NovaCon
NovaCon is not an anonymous agency: behind the name is Alen Nukovic, founder and owner, based in Bad Camberg in Germany's Rhine-Main region.
His background is in engineering (B.Eng.), with hands-on experience from AI, IT and marketing projects. Consulting, technical implementation and ongoing operation therefore sit with one person — from the first assessment through to day-to-day operation you speak to the same contact.
His focus areas are AI chatbots and voice assistants, process and email automation, web development, as well as IT security and NIS2.
